Our highly developed non mini suspension-based kit for B-series DOHC VTEC engines.
Years ago, when we tried the B series engines, the B16, B18, and B20 configurations on a mini based subframe, we always struggled with very bad driveshaft angles, unequal length driveshafts causing torque steer, bad geometry causing bump steer and suspension flex in wide-open throttle due to the high power and torque these engines put out. No matter what we did there was always another problem with mini suspension and this was affecting the overall drivability and stability and safety of the Mini. Can’t really blame the old school mini suspension setup as this was developed over 50+ years ago for a 40HP mini engine and not for a big Honda unit over 200HP. Therefore, we went back to the drawing board and came up with a nonmini suspension subframe that is far more superior in terms of drivability, suspension geometry, and overall strength.
With this superior setup, we were able to reduce the torque steer by a country mile by getting the driveshaft angles completely straight and also by introducing equal length driveshafts. Track width also has been increased 3 inches per side and wheelbase is also slightly increased for high-speed stability. After doing all these drastic changes, we still made sure that the subframe and kit still fits inside a stock length round nose front end! We also made sure the subframe bolts onto the stock mini pick up points so our customers won’t face road legality issues in other countries.
Moreover, compared to the old school A-series subframe geometry we have changed the wide track setup to have way better Roll moment (Roll centre F.d), Camber gain ratio, Anti dive %, Ackermann angle, and scrub radius, making our subframes the best handling subframes on the market. Kit is only for 13inch wheels only due to big brakes used and for better traction. Recommend 13×7 wheel with ET+10 and semi-slicks to put all the power down.

- Clutch master cylinder kit to work with stock mini pedal box. Kit includes master cylinder, billet reservoirs, hose and bracket. This master cylinder will prevent clutch overthrow caused by the mini pedal box, otherwise it will destroy the thrust washers on the engine.
- Wilwood brake master cylinder and billet reservoir to be used with stock mini pedal box.
