PMD D-Series Full Kit Version 2
This is our most affordable entry level kit. This is a mini suspension-based cradle that fits onto your mini with the least amount of work. Only modification required is cutting the inner wing panels to make space for the engine and gearbox.
Being mini suspension based, it will use mini rubber cones, top arms, bottom arms, tie bars, complete mini hub assemble and steering rack. Fits stock length round nose or clubman front ends. In naturally aspirated form, the D16 SOHC engines have the same power as a highly tuned A series engine for the fraction of the price. On top of that the Honda reliability and 5 speed gearbox to cruise. Honda engine weigh 8kg less than the mini a-series setup thus retaining the mini handling and feeling on the road that everybody loves.

- Powder coated air craft grade tubular D-series single-cam subframe (Mini suspension based for for SOCH D15, D16 engines)
- Billet Engine mounts
- Custom Intake to clear the bulkhead – Big plenum aftermarket
- Alternator bracket relocation kit
- Hybrid one piece heavy duty driveshafts (doesn’t include mini outer CV or Honda inner CV), If you require set of complete driveshafts that are direct bolt on, please specify when you get in touch.
- Custom stainless exhaust manifold 4-2-1 big bore.
- Custom Alloy twin core radiator
- Adjustable heavy duty poly bushed bottom arms and poly bushed tie bar
